My friend and I wanted to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to your company and especially to Group “D:” Aaron, Alain, Marco, Estrella and Edgar, for such an incredible and exhilarating experience on our Outdoor Adventures tour in early May. We signed up quite nervous and not sure what to expect on this excursion, as we were mostly concerned about the safety of the equipment, capability of the guides, etc.
We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by the team and all of our detailed questions concerning the safety of the equipment and the tour layout were welcomed and answered, providing us with complete clarity and peace of mind. It was quite intimidating initially to be mounted with unfamiliar equipment however, our nerves were instantly put at rest as the detailed group instruction provided prior to the onset of the tour was effectively explained and demonstrated by the team.
The guides were nothing short of amazing, as they were attentive to each of us individually, provided reassurance when needed (particularly when we were grasping onto them for dear life prior to the first few canopy lines) and remarkably, were quite witty or moreover, hilarious, whilst taking care to make sure we were all harnessed in appropriately.
The communication between the team was nothing short of amazing, and there was not one moment when either of us felt we were in danger or at risk for injury. Each team member was so patient and gentle while always in control of each situation. Coming from someone who is petrified of heights, I honestly have to say that I did not feel very much anxiety at all, as each team member made me feel at ease before each endeavor by providing unlimited reassurance coupled with a fantastic light-hearted sense of humor.
I believe that I can speak for the rest of our group when we say that we were all quite impressed with Group D’s work ethic and individual attention. You have a remarkable and impressive team and we are sure to return in early Fall to experience the many other excursions you have to offer. Many thanks.

I went on the Outdoor Adventure Tour last week and loved it. I did your canopy tour two years ago. I just want to compliment your staff on the attention to the safety of everyone. I think it must be a daunting task to get participants with varying degrees of fitness and get them all through everything with no problems. I had a BLAST! I liked the canopy tour but this tour was much better. A special thanks to Josue and the guide from Costa Rica.

Went on the Canopy Adventure tour and had a great time! Our guides were excellent teachers and adjusted to everybody's comfort levels for the zip-lines. The woman in front of my wife and I was afraid of heights, but with their help got through just fine.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the Canopy Adventure Tour. They were attentive to our safety and energetic in their interaction with us. We had a great time "zipping" through the canopy. As a member of a local Search and Rescue team in Colorado, the "A" team did an outstanding job in making sure safety was a priority. My husband and I took the Canopy Adventure and it was a great experience. We were visiting Puerto Vallarta on the NCL Cruise Line. The guides, (Marco, Erik, Christian, and Edgar) made the tour awesome. They have a great personality and used all safety procedures to make us comfortable at all times.

Hi, I recently received the video from our 11/27 canopy adventure and it reminded me of what a great time we had on our excursion. Team E was PHENOMENAL! I have a fear of heights, and the guides did a terrific job of coaching me from platform to platform. I wanted to give thanks to the guys that took our group out for the Outdoor Adventure. We went on December 28th. Carlos, Ramone, Pepe, "Cassandra" are just a few of the guys. They were absolutely fabulous, they made the adventure! I think they work very hard and in very rough conditions. I went on the Outdoor Adventure last week and it was fantastic. I had a blast from the moment we left the resort. The guides were so funny, it was great, the mules were interesting and the zip lines were fun but the best part was rappelling down the waterfall and then zip lining into the water at the bottom. I just wanted to say that I loved it and thank you for the experience.

Becky and I spent two weeks in Bucerias at the end of April. Both of us have so many memories that we will always cherish, laugh about and pass on to other people. Some of our best moments were spent with the workers at Vallarta Adventures. We took the Canopy Tour not once, but twice, because we enjoyed it so much! We also took the Sierra Madre Tour (Kudos to Martine and Antonio.) Looking forward to our next Mexican adventure and definitely our next tours with Vallarta Adventures. Just wanted to write and let everyone know that we had a great time on the Canopy Tour with our guides Ben, Israel (Chui-Chui,) Oliver (Gerber Baby,) Gerardo (Our Camera guy,) and the others... I was petrified on the way to the excursion - not knowing how safe (or wise) it was to swing from platform to platform 60 feet above the ground - but these guys know what they are doing. My husband, and brother-in-laws who are airborne paratroopers were pretty impressed with how well and how quickly the guys inspected the equipment as they got you ready to roll over to your next platform! The guides put you at ease and make it fun! It's definitely a thumbs up! Thanks Guys.

The Canopy Tour was the coolest thing I've ever done! It started to downpour which made it better. What a fabulous adventure!! The guides were such a fun group of guys. We were with people from all different corners of the world, which was really cool.
